Clinic Policies & Terms of Service

To help us provide a safe and professional service, please familiarise yourself with our clinic policies before booking or attending your appointment.

Bookings

By booking an appointment with Inside Beauty London, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

All clients are responsible for providing truthful and up-to-date information regarding their medical history, medications, allergies, and any previous aesthetic treatments.

Inside Beauty London reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment where it is considered unsuitable, unsafe, or not in the client's best interests.

Age Restrictions

All treatments are strictly available to individuals aged 18 years and over.

Valid identification may be requested where age verification is required.

Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future appointment if at least 48 hours' notice is provided.

Deposits will be deducted from the final treatment cost.

Failure to attend an appointment or provide sufficient notice may result in the loss of your deposit.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, missed appointments, or no-shows may result in the loss of any deposit paid.

Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require full payment at the time of booking for future appointments.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving late may have their treatment time reduced to avoid disruption to subsequent appointments.

If there is insufficient time remaining to safely perform the treatment, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and any deposit may be forfeited.

Anti-Wrinkle Treatments & Prescriber Consultation

Anti-wrinkle injections are prescription-only medicines and are subject to UK regulations.

All new anti-wrinkle clients must attend a face-to-face consultation with our qualified independent prescriber before treatment can take place.

During this consultation, the prescriber will assess your medical history, suitability for treatment, and determine whether a prescription can be safely issued.

A consultation does not guarantee treatment. The prescriber may decline treatment if it is considered medically unsuitable or not in the client's best interests.

Treatment cannot proceed until a valid prescription has been issued and all required consent forms have been completed.

Returning clients may be required to attend additional consultations where clinically necessary or where there have been changes to their medical history.

Medical Information

Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, pregnancy status, breastfeeding status, or recent cosmetic procedures prior to treatment.

Clients must also inform Inside Beauty London of any changes to their health or medication before each appointment.

Failure to provide accurate medical information may affect treatment suitability, results, and safety.

Inside Beauty London accepts no responsibility for complications arising from undisclosed medical information.

Consultations & Consent

Certain treatments require a consultation before treatment can proceed.

By undergoing treatment, you confirm that:

- You understand the treatment being performed.

- You understand the potential risks, side effects, and expected recovery period.

- You have had the opportunity to ask questions.

- You provide informed consent to proceed.

Patch Testing

Patch testing is required for treatments where indicated, including but not limited to:

- Eyebrow tinting

- Eyelash tinting

Patch tests should be completed at least 24–48 hours before treatment unless otherwise advised.

Where a patch test is required and has not been completed, treatment may be postponed.

Treatment Results

Individual results vary and cannot be guaranteed.

Treatment outcomes may be influenced by age, skin condition, lifestyle, medical history, medications, and adherence to aftercare advice.

Images displayed on our website and social media platforms are examples of previous client results and should not be considered a guarantee of outcome.

Some treatments may require multiple sessions to achieve optimal results.

Aftercare

Clients agree to follow all aftercare advice provided by Inside Beauty London.

Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect treatment results and increase the risk of complications.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of aesthetic and beauty treatments, treatments that have already been carried out are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be provided where treatment has been performed safely, correctly, and in accordance with professional standards.

If you have concerns regarding your treatment, please contact us as soon as possible so they can be reviewed appropriately.

Photography

Clinical photographs may be taken before and after treatment for consultation, assessment, insurance, and record-keeping purposes.

Photographs will only be used for marketing or promotional purposes with your explicit consent.

Children & Guests

To maintain a safe and relaxing environment, children and additional guests should not attend appointments unless agreed in advance.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Expiry dates apply where stated.

Liability

While every effort is made to provide safe and professional treatments, all aesthetic and beauty procedures carry some degree of risk.

By proceeding with treatment, clients acknowledge and accept these risks.

Nothing within these terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
